Trade Up to SD-WAN allows Edgewater Networks’ partners to efficiently upgrade older EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges to our latest, SD-WAN capable devices.  With Trade Up to SD-WAN, you can continue to provide security and service assurance to your Unified Communications customers and offer them the groundbreaking Edgewater Networks’ SD-WAN service. 

Trade Up to SD-WAN is also being expanded to competitive products.  Companies using competitive products from AudioCodes, ADTRAN, Cisco, and other vendors can exchange those devices for SD-WAN capable Intelligent Edges from Edgewater Networks. Promotion Dates & Other Details

The Trade up to SD-WAN program will run from June 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.  All rebate requests must be by submitted by December 31, 2018 and retired products must be returned by January 31, 2019.  Edgewater Networks' SD-WAN service must be active at the customer site for a period of six months before July 31, 2019.

FAQ

Do I have to trade in all of my devices at once?

No, you may trade in them in individually or in groups.

When will my rebate be processed?

Your rebate will be processed when you have returned your retired device and your new EdgeMarc Intelligent Edge has been used for an active Edgewater Networks SD-WAN service for six months.

Where do I send my retired device?

When you submit your rebate form, you will be provided with a no cost shipping label to return the retired device to Edgewater Networks.

What happens to my retired device?

Edgewater Networks will responsibly recycle your retired device.

Are there other Terms and Conditions that apply?

Can I return the Intelligent Edge after my 6-month activation?

No. You can however use the Intelligent Edge at a new customer site.

Can I activate through a Cloud2Edge Universal Partner?

Yes. Your Cloud2Edge and SD-WAN service can be purchased through a Cloud2Edge Universal Partner. Your Edgewater Networks Trade Up to SD-WAN specialist can supply you with more information.

Do I have to subscribe to SD-WAN or can I just subscribe to Cloud2Edge?

You must subscribe to Edgewater Networks SD-WAN service to be eligible for a rebate.

What competitive products are eligible for Trade Up to SD-WAN?

Any competitive edge device may be considered for Trade Up to SD-WAN. If you have a competitive device that is not listed in this document, please consult with your Edgewater Networks Trade Up to SD-WAN specialist to determine its eligibility.

How do I find my Cloud2Edge Subscription Number?

You can get your Cloud2Edge Subscritpion number using two methods. If you purchased from one of our Universal Partners, reach out to your account representative and request a subscription ID. If you are a direct customer with Edgewater Networks, you can reach out and request a subscription ID from orders@edgewaternetworks.com

How do I find my Cloud2Edge EdgeMarc LAN MAC Number?

You can locate the EdgeMarc's LAN MAC number on the bottom of your EdgeMarc device.
